Abstract

The study aims to analyze the conflict between trademark law and the registration of domain names. In this context, the lack of integration between administrative bodies and legislative gaps allows unfair competition practices to develop and directly affect companies. The hypothetical-deductive methodology is adopted, using bibliographical research as a source of theoretical observation and jurisprudential analysis of cases of Cybersquatting, in order to draw the attention of law professionals and entrepreneurs so that, in a more concrete and effective way, to use the available means for industrial property protection and conflict resolution.
