Abstract

The term Revolution 4.0 emerged in 2011, being popularized in 2016 through publications by the World Economic Forum. This is characterized, among other things, by a faster and more connected internet and has physical, digital and biological exponents. In this sense, the popularization of technology 4.0 was timid and grew moderately, however, the forced social isolation due to the fight against the coronavirus pandemic changed society's relations with technology and the legal service started to experience what was once considered a distant scenario of human-machine cooperation. Such research was carried out in an exploratory way with a review of the existing bibliography on the subject, in order to conclude the need for jurists to reframe their way of working.
